How to use the product: 1. Open the bottle of powder (A) by turning the cap counter-clockwise and removing the seal. 2. Open the plastic ampoule (B) with liquid by breaking off the top part. 3. Pour all the liquid from the ampoule into the bottle of powder. 4. Screw the spray nozzle onto the bottle and shake lightly until the powder dissolves. Wait until all the foam settles. 5. Remove the protective sleeve from the spray nozzle. 6. Before first use, press the spray nozzle 2-3 times and spray into the air. Hold the spray nozzle away from the body. Avoid spraying in the eyes! Keep your head straight and do not lean forward or backward. 2. Insert the spray piece into the right nostril. 3. Breathe in and hold your breath for a short time (3–5 seconds). 4. Spray the solution into the right nostril by pressing the spray nozzle once. 5. Exhale deeply through your mouth once, then breathe normally. Do not inhale while using the spray! 6. Then repeat the procedure in the left nostril by following the instructions above under points 1-5. 7. Clean the spray nozzle with a clean tissue. Put on the protective sleeve. 8. Not everyone gets them. Contact a doctor if you experience that your eyes still run or if you have increased saliva production for more than 2 hours after using the product. A noticeable improvement or complete freedom from symptoms is achieved after 6-8 times of use. Nevertheless, continue the treatment for the recommended treatment period of 7–10 days. You must contact a doctor if the symptoms worsen after 5 days or do not improve after 10 days. Do not use PHYSIOMER® BIHULE if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Cyclamen or other Primula species, because it can cause swelling of the nasal mucosa, eyelids and/or face. Avoid inhaling the product when using. Use only once a day in each nostril. Avoid contact with the eyes as it may cause irritation and symptoms of acute eye inflammation. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are using or have recently used other medicines, including non-prescription medicines. This is particularly important if you have been treated with anticoagulant drugs (eg warfarin, acetylsalicylic acid) or anticholinergic drugs (eg atropine). Other products for the nose can be used 1.5–2 hours after using PHYSIOMER® BIHULE. There may be a short and transient burning sensation or itching in the nose, sneezing, tears and a runny nose for a few minutes after use. This is completely normal and happens when PHYSIOMER® BIHULE starts to work, and indicates that the product has the right effect. The treatment should therefore not be interrupted. A pink secretion may come out of the nose, which is normal during use. There are no studies on the use of PHYSIOMER® BIHULE during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Therefore, you should not use PHYSIOMER® BIHULE if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless it has been recommended by your doctor. Use for children: PHYSIOMER® BIHULE can be used by children over the age of 12 under the supervision of an adult.
